Just as the value of Ethereum was on its way down in value the news that the SEC says it is not a security has boosted the value of it. According to coindesk the value rose 8.8 percent to a high of $520.68. This news fuels the news that they will look to regulate Ethereum which will no doubt increase the price as the credibility of it strengthens.
